What does it actually cost?+
A simple fee per appointment that gets rebooked, agreed with you before anything starts. No retainer, no setup cost, no minimum. If no one rebooks, you pay nothing at all.
What happens with our patient data?+
Your list is used solely to contact your own lapsed clients on your behalf. It's never shared, sold, or reused, and it's deleted once the campaign ends. You can request removal at any point.
Do we need to install or learn anything?+
No. You export one list from your practice management system at the start. We handle everything from there. Your team's only involvement is answering the phone when bookings come in.
How is this different from our reminder system?+
Automated reminders catch patients who are still engaged. The ones who've lapsed are precisely the ones those reminders already failed to bring back. This is a personal, human follow-up for the people your system has given up on.
What if a patient replies with questions?+
Anything clinical or account-specific gets passed straight to your team, clearly flagged. We never guess at medical answers. We get the patient to your front desk, which is the goal anyway.
Is this GDPR compliant?+
Yes. We contact your own existing clients, on your behalf, about their own dental care. That sits under your practice's legitimate interest in patient care, the same basis as your reminder system. Any opt-out is honoured immediately and reported back to you, and your data is handled as described above: your campaign only, then deleted.
